A capable student. A hundred applications. Silence.
You have watched your son or daughter do what everyone said to do, and your own job-search playbook is 20 or 30 years out of date. Nothing is wrong with your student. Entry-level hiring changed, and nobody taught them the new rules.

Applying got easy. Getting seen got hard.
AI tools allow anyone to apply to dozens of jobs in a single evening. As a result, every entry-level posting draws hundreds of applicants, and software filters them before a person looks. Most resumes for entry-level roles are never seen by a human.
That is why a smart, hardworking student can apply everywhere and hear nothing. Sending more applications only adds to the pile.

Why is the college career center not enough?
Career centers do good work, but a typical office serves thousands of students with a small staff. They offer general advice to everyone.
They cannot meet with your student every week, hold them to a plan, or put them in a room with a recruiter who hires in their field. That is precisely the work we do.
What exactly happens?
Four phases, each building on the last. Here is what you will see your student doing.
- Get ClarityThey settle on target roles and companies and can explain why. The resume and LinkedIn get rebuilt to match.
- Build the NetworkThey reach out and hold real conversations with professionals in their field. This is where we will ask for your help.
- Apply with IntentThey send fewer applications, and more of them get answered.
- Master the InterviewMock interviews, practice AI screens, and a plan for negotiating the offer.
How involved do I need to be?
In Phase 2, we will ask you to open your own network: colleagues, friends, and contacts in or near your student’s target field. Your introductions can be some of the most valuable in the search.
Otherwise, the working relationship is between the advisor and your student. This is deliberate. Students take ownership faster when the plan is theirs, and they speak more openly when their sessions stay private.
Who are the advisors?
Hiring professionals first. Our lead advisors have spent their careers deciding who gets hired, and our specialists are working recruiters in the industries your student is targeting.
How long does it take?
Most engagements run several months. A senior who already knows their target moves faster than a graduate starting from scratch. We will provide a realistic estimate during the consultation.
What does it cost?
It depends on where your student is starting and what they need. We will walk through pricing, along with a proposed plan, during the complimentary consultation.
